Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy for IGI Workshops and Events:
Written notice of your withdrawal must be received by IGI (via fax, mail or courier) at least six business days before the first day of class to be eligible for a total refund (fax your request to 262-695-6259). If you withdraw less than six business days before the first day of class, you are still eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of $25. Withdrawals received on or after the first day of class are not eligible for a refund, but you may apply your registration towards a future workshop. Attendee substitutions are welcome, with written notice.
IGI reserves the right to cancel or modify seminars, rates, content or speakers without notice as conditions warrant. Final determination to cancel a workshop will be made no later than five business days (one week) prior to the workshop’s start date. IGI is not liable for airfare change fees, lost deposits or other costs associated with cancelled workshops.
